We strictly adhere to the EPA's Clean Water Act and local Las Cruces MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) permits. Nothing but rain goes down the storm drain. We utilize specialized berms, vacuums, and runoff catch systems to capture wash water, preventing suspended solids, oils, and chemicals from entering the local watershed and the Rio Grande.

We recognize the persistent drought conditions in Doña Ana County. While commercial washing is permitted, we actively minimize waste. Our 4,000 PSI rotary surface cleaners use water highly efficiently—up to 70% less water than a homeowner using a standard garden hose to achieve the same clean. We only use the exact amount of water necessary to prep the surface for sealing.

We do not use blanket, heavy-handed chemical applications. We utilize highly diluted, commercial-grade chlorine and enzyme solutions strictly localized to deep stains. Our chemical ratios are carefully calculated to ensure they neutralize upon contact with organic matter or our collection systems, meaning they are completely harmless to the environment by the time they are disposed of.

Before applying any prep solutions or sealers, we pre-wet all adjacent vegetation to create a hydration barrier, and we use physical shields to prevent any overspray. Our penetrating siloxane sealers are applied with precision rollers and low-pressure sprayers to guarantee they only bond to the concrete, not your plants.
